Combo deals

It's a special offer where you buy one eligible item and get a second eligible item at a discount (or even free!).

Simply add two eligible Combo Deal items to your cart. The discount is applied to the lowest-priced item in the Combo Deal.

You can combine a Combo Deal with items that already have a discount (those with a strikethrough price), but not with other promotional codes or cart-wide promotions.

You can, however, have multiple Combo Deals in the same cart (for example, a "buy 1 get 1 free" offer on socks and a similar offer on pants and hoodies).

Yes, you can use gift cards with our Combo Deals.

The discount is calculated based on the lowest-priced item offered in the Combo Deal. That discount is then split between the two items.

The discounted or free item must also be an eligible Combo Deal item from the same promotion.

It depends on the type of discounts:

• Combo Deal + Combo Deal: Yes, you can combine multiple Combo Deal discounts in one order
• Combo Deal + FLX Cash: Currently, Combo Deal discounts can only be combined with other Combo Deals.

• Combo Deal + Other promotions: Currently, Combo Deal discounts can only be combined with other Combo Deals.

The discount will be applied to the lowest-priced "Get" item.

Our standard return policy applies to Combo Deal items, but here are a few important things to keep in mind:

• If you ordered your item online: You can return the item for free using the Ready Returns portal or by returning them to a store*
• If you bought your item in a Foot Locker store: You must return the item to a store. Make sure to take a proof of purchase with you, such as your confirmation email or shipping email.
• All items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date. If bought in a store, all items must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
• We cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, or any items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
• The refund amount for each item will be adjusted to account for the Combo Deals discount.

*If you choose a different return method than the ones we offer, then you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Foot Locker is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return process when using an alternative method.

Yes, you can return Combo Deal items for a refund. The refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the discount received.

While you can return Combo Deal items for a refund, exchanges are currently unavailable for these promotions.

The discount is applied equally to both items. If you return one item, you'll be refunded a portion of the original price based on the discount rate.

When you buy items as part of a Combo Deal, the discount is spread proportionally across each item. This means that if you return one item, your refund will be equal to the original price of that item minus its share of the discount.

  If you buy two items, one for €30 and one for €20, the €20 discount is spread proportionally across both items.
  
  The €30 item is reduced by €12, and the €20 item is reduced by €8. If you return the €30 item, you'll receive a refund of €18 (€30 - €12).
  
  If you return the €20 item, you'll receive a refund of €12 (€20 - €8)
  
  

• Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off
  
  If you buy two items, one for €30 and one for €20, the 50% discount (€10) is split proportionally.
  
  The €30 item is reduced by €6, and the €20 item is reduced by €4. If you return the €30 item, you'll get €24 back (€30 - €6).
  
  If you return the €20 item, you'll get €16 back (€20 - €4).

Your refund will be calculated in the same way as any other return, with the Combo Deal discount proportionally applied.

Returns by mail:
If you return your items by mail using Ready Returns or a shipping carrier, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

We currently don't offer exchanges. If you want a different size or color, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.

You have 28 days from the delivery date to return your Combo Deal items.

The Combo Deal offer can't be combined with other discounts, including student discounts or other promotional codes.

Yes, if an item is already on sale, you can still use a Combo Deal on it. The Combo Deal discount will be applied to the sale price.

Go ahead and use as many Combo Deals as you can find! There’s no limit on how many you can apply to your order. However, to prevent fraud, we have limits on the total value of your bag.
