Buying a Gift Card
Physical gift cards are available to buy in any Foot Locker or Kids Foot Locker store across Europe.
Digital gift cards are available to buy on participating European websites. You can pay for a digital gift card online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Apple Pay.
Online: Gift cards can only be used on the website of the country where they were issued. For example, a UK gift card can only be used on footlocker.co.uk. It will not work on other Foot Locker country websites.
In store: You can use your gift card in any Foot Locker store across Europe.
Using Your Gift Card
At checkout, follow these steps:
- Select Gift Card as your payment method.
- Enter your 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit PIN.
- Click Apply.
If your order total is more than your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method such as a debit or credit card.
- Combining with promo codes: Yes, you can use a gift card alongside a discount or promo code.
- Using a promo code to buy a gift card: No, promo codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. However, once you have a gift card, you can use it together with an eligible promo code on your order.
- How many gift cards per order: You can use up to 5 gift cards in a single transaction.
- Using a gift card to buy another gift card: No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Shipping costs: Yes, your gift card balance can be used to cover shipping costs.
- Fees: There are no fees to use a Foot Locker gift card.
- Expiry: Foot Locker gift cards do not expire. Your balance will always be available when you are ready to use it.
Gift Card Support
You have two options:
- Online: Visit our gift card balance page and enter your card number and PIN.
- By phone: Call us free on 0808 234 3293 during business hours.
- Terms and Conditions
Refunds for gift card purchases are always issued as a new gift card, not as cash or credit to another payment method.
- Store purchase returned in store: You will receive a new physical gift card at the time of return.
- Online purchase returned in store: You will receive a new digital gift card by email.
- Any purchase returned online: You will receive a new digital gift card by email.
Your new gift card will be loaded with the exact value of the returned items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash and keep it in a safe place.
If you believe your card has been used without your permission, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Before contacting us, please check the following:
- Make sure you are using the card on the correct country website (UK gift cards only work on footlocker.co.uk).
- Double-check the 16-digit card number and 8-digit PIN are entered correctly.
- Check your balance to confirm funds are still available.
