Yes! Gift cards purchased anywhere in Europe can be used at any Foot Locker store across Europe. For online purchases, gift cards can be used on the website of the country where the card was issued.

Example: If you purchase a gift card in France, you can use it in any physical Foot Locker store in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, or any other European country where we operate. However, for online shopping, you would need to use it on the French website rather than on our Italian or UK websites.

2. Enter your 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit PIN (included with your gift card)

3. Click "Apply"

Once you have a gift card, you can use it to pay for your order and still apply an eligible promo or discount code to the items in your basket.

When you return an item purchased initially with a gift card, the refund will always be issued as a gift card, not cash or credit to another payment method. Here's how it works:

• For store purchases returned in-store: You'll receive a new physical gift card at the time of return

• For online purchases returned in-store: You'll receive a new digital gift card sent to your email

• For any purchases returned online: You'll receive a new digital gift card sent to your email

In all cases, your new gift card will be loaded with the exact value of the returned items.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep your gift card in a safe place.
