Payment Methods & Issues
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Debit card
- Credit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Klarna – buy now, pay later in 3 instalments
- Apple Pay
For your security, we verify every payment before it is processed. You may see a 3D Secure screen asking for a code from your bank. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Please note: If a payment cannot be verified, we may need to cancel your order to keep your account safe.
Payment authentication (also called 3D Secure) is an extra security step to confirm it is really you making the purchase.
You may be asked to enter a one-time code or password sent by your bank. If you are unsure what to do, contact your card provider directly. We do not control this process and are unable to override it.
Your order is only confirmed once your bank approves the payment.
A declined payment is usually caused by a small error. Here is what to check:
- Card details: Make sure the card number, expiry date, and CVV are correct.
- Accepted payment method: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.
- Your bank: Your bank may have blocked the payment. Contact them directly to find out why.
If you keep seeing an error and no payment has been taken, try again or use a different payment method. If a payment was taken but your order was not confirmed, contact us with the last 4 digits of your card.
When you place an order, we place a temporary hold (called an authorisation) on your card. This is not a charge. The actual payment is only taken when your order is shipped.
If your order is cancelled, the hold will be released automatically within a few days depending on your bank.
If you believe you have been charged twice and your order is still active, contact Customer Care and we will look into it for you.
- By card: A hold is placed on your account when you order. You are only charged when your items are shipped.
- By PayPal: Payment is taken immediately when you place the order.
- By Klarna: Your first instalment is taken at the time of purchase. The remaining two instalments are automatically scheduled every 30 days.

Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices.
If your payment is declined, check that your card is valid and has sufficient funds, or try another payment method. For further assistance, please contact your card provider.
If you return an order paid with Apple Pay, your refund will be processed back to the card linked to your Apple Wallet. Please allow 3 to 10 working days for the refund to appear.
Klarna

At checkout, select Klarna as your payment method and follow the on-screen instructions. The first instalment is taken immediately at order confirmation. The two remaining instalments are automatically charged every 30 days.
If your order is cancelled or you return an item, Klarna will refund you in one payment, and any remaining instalments will be cancelled automatically.
Our standard return policy applies to all orders paid with Klarna. You can return items here.
The refund is processed in full through Klarna. Please allow 3 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds FAQs
